Lime in the Wild: Field Marketing Works with Local Artists to Unveil Deep Eddy Lime Vodka Murals Nationwide
We’re wrapping up our features on Deep Eddy Lime Vodka with a very exciting marketing effort from the Field Marketing Team. Over the last couple of months, the team has been working with local artists to tease the national launch of Deep Eddy Lime through billboards and murals in various cities across the country.
This effort was executed in two phases throughout February and March 2021 to pique curiosity among consumers in key launch markets and ultimately introduce this new product. In phase one of the project, a teaser image was posted in Austin, Texas in mid-February, featuring an image of fresh limes with no text or branding, creating curiosity and anticipation for what this meant and what was coming next.
On March 1, phase two of the project kicked off with a big reveal of eight murals and billboards across the country, featuring various creative imagery executed by local artists promoting Deep Eddy Lime Vodka in a unique way all with the tagline “Pick Something Real!”. Murals and billboards were placed in the following cities:

I pride myself on lifting as I have climbed throughout my career, so I constantly challenge myself to find ways to celebrate and support others. The mural program seemed like an excellent opportunity to not just put money into these artists’ pockets during these hard times but rather extend the Deep Eddy platform to tell their story. The goal is to amplify their voices and extend their reach while also contributing to their portfolio of work to assist them with future opportunities.”
