This month, we officially broke ground on the new Heaven Hill Brands office building in Louisville, KY on Louisville’s premier business campus: ShelbyHurst. After announcing this exciting project in March, we are officially starting on the project that is set out to be finished in Fall 2025. At today’s event, representatives from NTS Development, ARCO, Hoagland Commercial Real Estate  and University of Louisville ShelbyHurst joined Co-President’s Kate and Allan Latts as well as Executive Chairman Max Shapira in breaking ground on this new project.

This building will be home to those currently based out of the Louisville office and those occupying hotel spaces that are based in Louisville. It will allow us to foster growth within our company and a greater sense of collaboration and culture. The building will be 48,190 sq. ft. at 2 stories tall, with tons of natural light and AA+ building finishes. The location allows us to have beautiful common areas, an outdoor amphitheater, nearby foodie favorites and an outdoor space with trails for walking and biking. We are excited to feature a grand staircase with a two-story atrium which will serve as a place to bring the entire Heaven Hill family together.

Now that we have officially broken ground on this new project, we cannot wait to get into the new space. Heaven Hill’s has been continually growing over the past couple of years. We have seen it take place in a variety of ways including the Bardstown Office Renovation and Return-to-Office and bringing back Heaven Hill Springs Distillery projected to be finished by the end of 2024.
