Heaven Hill Celebrates Pride 2023 Across the Nation
In June 2023, Heaven Hill team members and networks joined and/or hosted Pride celebrations across the nation. The variety of activations put on for the community recognize and support the LGBTQIA+ Community, emphasizing a space of recognition, acceptance and appreciation.
Kentucky
In Kentucky there were a few ways that team members could be involved. The biggest event being the Kentuckiana Pride Parade on June 17th, 2023. All employees within driving distance were encouraged to attend. Over 80 Heaven Hill team members participated in the parade alongside family and friends. Five of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) members participated, including our Co-Presidents. Spectators lined the parade path watching all of the companies and organizations that support the LGBTQIA+ Community.
New York City
Multiple on-premise events occurred during pride month in New York City. Many of these events included the Deep Eddy products.
Skylark Bar
The bar is located on 39th and 7th Avenue in New York City. At this even there were over 200 attendees to support pride month. Each attendee received a free fan curtesy of Deep Eddy. Deep Eddys had 3 pouring locations and a Deep Eddy Original Cocktail. This location is so unique because of the rooftop views where on New Years is a prime location to watch the ball drop.
The Post Office Café
This on-premise site is located in Babylon. They had an event in celebration of Pride Month and made unique cocktails inspired by pride. One of the cocktails, The Julius, featured the Deep Eddy Ruby Red. They promoted the Pride Parade in Babylon which attracted over 1,000 Guests.
Patchogue Pride Parade on Long Island
This Pride event was held at Burgerology during the pride parade. There were 3 drinks that featured different Deep Eddys products. They have 3 locations in New York City, Queens, and Long Island. We are featured in the Burgerology Mules.
The Village Idiot
The Village Idiot has three different locations and all of them are our accounts. Deep Eddy is featured in three different cocktails at all of the locations.
Cherry Grove Pride Event on Fire Island
Island Breeze has been a Deep Eddy Partner for three years now. They carry four types of Deep Eddy products and featured them during Pride Month.
Charlotte, North Carolina
In Charlotte, NC there were multiple accounts that had drinks and events in celebration of Pride Month. Deep Eddy was featured in a variety of Pride inspired cocktails. Cocktails such as Not Today, Satan and Orange You Glad were a big hit across the city! The Spindlebar sold cocktails and Deep Eddy’s Merchandise to customers throughout the month and featured on the Pride Parade Day.
Sonoma County Pride
Even though Pride month has technically come to a close, our support of the LGBTQIA+ community continues to shine through the launch of an LGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Group (ERG) this month.
