Kentucky’s Original Black Bourbon Enthusiasts (KOBBE) celebrated its 6 Year Anniversary with an entire month of activities, closing out the month with us on Friday, February 24 at our Evan Williams Bourbon Experience in Louisville, KY.

Guests were greeted in the lobby with a Tom Bullock Old Fashioned in the lobby. Once they walked through the experience on self-guided tours complete with bourbon tastings throughout, everyone gathered in the speakeasy for a presentation led by our very own Evan Williams Brand Ambassador and KOBBE Member George Harrison.

Since 2017, Kentucky’s Original Black Bourbon Enthusiasts (KOBBE) founder, Jamar Mack, has set out to create a space that is both divine and luxurious as it is approachable and community oriented. KOBBE is a 501(c)(3) bourbon social club & non-profit organization devoted to making change. Heaven Hill Brands DEI Steering and Sub-Committee members attended the celebration and greatly enjoyed gathering with KOBBE members and other Heaven Hill community partners like Change Today, Change Tomorrow (CTCT). CTCT is a Black woman led non-profit organization in Louisville, KY. They are extremely intentional about showing up for their community and we value any time we get to spend with them.
