Heaven Hill’s Customer Service and Shipping Teams, located in Bardstown, KY, have been working extremely hard to achieve a new shipping record this year. We are proud to share that they officially passed the 14 million year-to-date cases shipped mark on Thursday, December 22.

Despite navigating winter weather, carrier changes and other unpredictable variables, last week brought many wins for these dedicated teams including one of Heaven Hill’s top-three shipping days of all-time and another outstanding single day where we shipped close to 100,000 cases. With  14,004,339 total cases shipped for 2022, this is a truly notable milestone.

“The team went above and beyond to hit this goal, calling distributors to ensure we get the delivery appointments we need, frequently checking in with carriers and doing everything in their power to make it happen.” Director Customer Service & Data Integrity Kevin Andrew said. “It’s exciting and inspiring to see everyone’s passion.
