Introducing the Heaven Hill DEI Steering Committee

Since late last year, a cross-functional DEI Steering Committee has been leading Heaven Hill’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts.

About Our Steering Committee

Led by Communications Manager Lauren Newcomb, the committee includes Division Manager Jon Scriven, Learning and Development Manager Jacob Raderer, Associate Brand Manager Kelsey Shannon, Director of Corporate Events and Employee Engagement Melissa Horton, Corporate Attorney Mikella Fields, Director of Talent Acquisition and Diversity Courtney Reun, Senior HR Business Partner (HR, IT and Legal & Compliance) Tammy Robbeloth and Bottling Line Supervisor Rick Logan.

The committee has developed a new branding campaign to bring more definition to the ways they are advancing DEI at Heaven Hill. Stay tuned for more details in the coming weeks.

“Our committee is passionate about this work and committed to getting the whole company engaged and energized around DEI,” said Lauren. “We’re proud that Heaven Hill has made this commitment and is being intentional about how we show up for our teammates, our customers, our partners and our community.”

About DEI at Heaven Hill

Last year Heaven Hill released a DEI strategy, focused on transforming recruitment and hiring; encouraging more collaboration, flexibility and equity in the workplace; creating more diverse and inclusive marketing and sales strategies and developing a more cohesive Community Engagement and Philanthropy strategy. Over the coming weeks, you’ll learn more about upcoming initiatives as we roll out the objectives for our upcoming year.
