Say Hello to Ashley Hafling, Customer Service Traffic Coordinator
The team has been so amazing to me. Kind, friendly, understanding, compassionate, and helpful.
Tell us an accomplishment you are most proud of in your career.
After almost 13 years at my last company, I was in a position that I was proud to take on. I had made it to the highest level in my department as the Customer Sales, Supervisor. This was a big leap from my first days in production.
Looking ahead, what are some things that you’re really excited about?
Looking ahead I am excited to get deep into my role and really help to smooth things out for my fellow teammates – relief from some extra work for them and hopefully a trusted member of the team as time goes by. I also look forward to the relationships with our customer base that I will build and the opportunity to continue providing quality customer service. I truly believe my customer service talents will help blossom those tried and true relationships. 😊
What’s currently on your Spotify playlist?
Lots of uplifting music. I tend to like to hear a lot of songs that keep me positive and keep me at peace. However, I do occasionally like to go back to my alternative roots every now and then for some rocking out 😊
What is your all-time favorite book and why?
Oh man- I’m going nerdy here. I can’t go without my “Harry Potter” series. I love the world it opens in your mind. Magic and mystery are just explored in such amazing ways by J.K Rowling. Behind this would definitely be “Lord of the Rings”, and Stephanie Meyer’s “Twilight” series.
What are three things you can’t live without?
Caffeine, my phone, and, lastly, my kids. Caffeine is a must. I need a little extra in my day to give me that push as a mom. My phone keeps me tied to my life, helps to organize me, and I also have most of everything I purchase for my daily living on there. I add my kids here truly because I can’t live without them. While they can always cause momma some headaches, they are my why – that driver for what keeps you going when things want to break you. They make it always worth the work.
What would you like to be remembered for?
My compassion. I say that because, in a world that seems a little drifted, I truly would give the shirt off my back if needed. I’ve seen times where everyone has fallen, and if I could reach my hand out, I did. I am one they say has lots of empathy for others, sometimes to the detriment of myself. I truly have a love for others that I would say is unmatched, taught from my biggest hero, my Dad (RIP).
Tell us about an organization or cause you are passionate about.
Helping women to fight abuse is a huge cause I am very passionate about. Seeing women be able to get the help they have been crying out for was always such a touch to my heart.
