Heaven Hill is committed to the health and wellness of our employees. The FDA has approved, and continues to approve, several COVID-19 vaccines shown to be 95% effective in managing spread of the virus. 

This is good news, not just for our healthcare workers and first responders, but for our aging populations and other vulnerable people in our communities. It’s also an important development for Heaven Hill, as we evaluate how we will continue to work together safely now and in the future. 

Getting your shot is one important way you can contribute to the health of our team, our distributors, our partners and our customers. That’s why we are strongly encouraging you to get your vaccine, as it becomes available to your priority group, in your community. 

When you receive your vaccine, please provide a copy of your vaccination card or other vaccination documentation to HR by emailing [email protected]. Please ensure this documentation contains proof of vaccination only and does not contain any other health-related information. We will use this information to inform critical business decisions and to maintain the health and safety of the workplace as we move forward. If you have any questions, please contact HR at [email protected]

As we focus on vaccines in the months to come, we want to remind you that health screening self-assessments, masks, capacity limitations and social distancing continue to be required in all Heaven Hill facilities until such policy is expressly changed by the company. We also ask that you continue to wash your hands regularly at work.

COVID-19 Vaccine Policy – U.S. Employees

  • While not mandated, the COVID-19 vaccine is strongly encouraged for all Heaven Hill employees in the U.S. as it is made available in their locale. 
  • Employees are strongly encouraged to be vaccinated for COVID-19 unless exempt due to medical conditions or for sincerely held religious reasons as defined by law. Employees who are unable to receive the vaccine for these reasons are asked to contact Human Resources. 
  • The COVID-19 vaccine will be administered through a third-party provider to ensure appropriate pre-screening and confidentiality (HIPAA) of employee medical records. 
  • Heaven Hill will cover the costs of the vaccine, if any, for its employees. 
  • Heaven Hill may request proof of COVID-19 vaccination of any employee that (i) works in a Heaven Hill facility or (ii) attends in-person meetings or events on behalf of Heaven Hill, and Heaven Hill will maintain records to inform future policy for safety in the workplace. 

When submitting confirmation of vaccination, employees should not include other medical information. Vaccination records are needed to assist Heaven Hill in making necessary decisions related to PPE policies, purchases of continuing PPE supply, ability of employees to travel between Heaven Hill offices or meet with third-parties, and engagement of employees in Heaven Hill events or activities.
