Heaven Hill Offering FREE Flu Shots
Options Available for All Employees
As flu season quickly approaches, Heaven Hill will be offering FREE flu shots with options available for all U.S. and international employees. Deadline to receive shots is October 31. If you schedule an appointment at a Heaven Hill location, please take note of the appointment day and time you choose. When you enter the Heaven Hill location where you will receive your shot, please wear a mask, and practice social distancing if around other employees.
Bourbon Heritage Center Employees
Flu shots will be administered at the BHC on October 27th 12:30pm – 1:30pm in the Library Tasting Room. Medica Pharmacy will be administering the shot and they will have the high dose version available for those 65 and over.
If you are interested in receiving a shot, please contact Ann Marple ([email protected]) to schedule an appointment. Those receiving a shot at the BHC must fill out the Medica Immunization Authorization Form (available in the break room) and bring it with you to your appointment. We ask that you practice social distancing and wear a face covering while waiting for and receiving your shot.
Bardstown Warehouse and Bottlinghouse Employees
Flu shots will be administered in Bardstown on October 13th, 27th, and 28th in the Upstairs Training Room. Medica Pharmacy will be administering the shot and they will have the high dose version available for those 65 and over. Those receiving a shot at the Bardstown plant must schedule an appointment and fill out the Medica Immunization Authorization Form (available in the HR office) prior to receiving your shot. Please bring this completed form with you to your appointment. Below are the dates and times when flu shots will be administered at the Bardstown plant. Two appointments will be scheduled every five minutes on a first come, first served basis. Click the links below to view available timeslots for your shift and schedule an appointment. Bernheim Distillery Employees
Flu shots will be administered at the Bernheim Distillery on October 15th. Medica Pharmacy will be administering the shot and they will have the high dose version available for those 65 and over. Those receiving a shot at the Bernheim Distillery must fill out the Medica Immunization Authorization Form (also available with your Supervisor) and bring it with you to receive your shot.
Below are the times and locations that flu shots will be administered. Appointments will not be scheduled for Bernheim employees. Those who are interested in receiving a shot must pick the best time for your schedule from the times listed below and visit the respective location at that time. Please practice social distancing and wear a face covering while waiting for and receiving your shot.
Distillery Employees

Evan Williams Bourbon Experience Employees
Flu shots will be administered at the EWBE on October 15th 10:00am – 11:00am in the 4th Floor Conference Room. Medica Pharmacy will be administering the shot and they will have the high dose version available for those 65 and over. Those receiving a shot at the EWBE must fill out the Medica Immunization Authorization Form (available in the break room) and bring it with you to receive your shot.
Those who are interested in receiving a shot must pick the best time for your schedule on October 15th 10:00am – 11:00am and visit the conference room at that time. Please practice social distancing and wear a face covering while waiting for and receiving your shot.
U.S. Sales Field & Deep Eddy Vodka Employees
You may utilize a Concentra nearest to you to receive your shot and they will bill Heaven Hill directly for this service. Click here to find the Concentra nearest you. You must fill out the Treatment Authorization Form with your name, social security number and date of birth and present it at Concentra to receive your shot. If there is not a Concentra location near you, you may go to your nearest Pharmacy or Physician’s office to receive your shot. Heaven Hill will reimburse you for this service up to $40 if you submit an itemized bill to Katelyn Wickstrom ([email protected]).
International Employees
If you are an international employee, you may go to your nearest Pharmacy or Physician’s office to receive your shot. Heaven Hill will reimburse you for this service up to $40 if you submit an itemized bill to Katelyn Wickstrom ([email protected]).
Please receive shots via Concentra, pharmacy, or physician by October 31.
