Celebrating a Dump Room Milestone (Social Distancing Style)​

Last Thursday, the Bardstown plant celebrated an impressive milestone for the Dump Room Team social distancing style – 1320 barrels dumped in a single day. The team reached this milestone on June 12th, exceeding their previous record of 1300 barrels dumped in a single day. The Bardstown facility recently started celebrating records like this plant-wide because it is important to recognize the accomplishments of each department and ensure every team and employee knows their hard work and dedication is appreciated.

The celebration took place across shifts during break times, which are now scheduled at four separate times to promote social distancing with time for sanitation between breaks. Everyone throughout the plant was welcome to stop by for a treat during their designated break time and treats were taken to the Cistern Room and warehouse crews to ensure everyone could participate safely. The Bardstown production team looks forward to celebrating many more milestones in the future. ​
