Introducing Our FY26 Culture Champions Cohort

Introducing Our FY26 Culture Champions Cohort

The Culture Champions program gives team members across the company a chance to shape and promote Heaven Hill’s culture, driving real-time business results, bringing the Spirited Commitment to life and developing their careers along the way. Each fiscal year, a new group of 15 cross-functional applicants are selected to participate as a cohort, leaving their mark on Heaven Hill Brands.

We’re excited to introduce the FY26 Culture Champions—an incredible group of team members from across Heaven Hill who are passionate about creating an engaging, inclusive, and energizing workplace for all. This year’s cohort represents departments and locations across the company, and each person was selected for how they embody our Spirited Commitment values in their everyday work.

Being a Culture Champion isn’t just about planning fun activities, though they’ll certainly bring the energy. These Champions play a vital role in helping to bring our Spirited Commitment to life through campaigns and initiatives that align with our corporate strategy.
