2020 Perfect Attendance Luncheon

Employees recognized for up to 10 years consecutive perfect attendance​

On March 3rd, Heaven Hill honored employees from both the Bardstown Plant and the Bernheim Distillery who achieved perfect attendance in 2019, as well as those who have achieved more than one year of consecutive perfect attendance. Vice President of Human Resources & Operations, Debbie Morris, addressed the group Tuesday afternoon after they enjoyed a delicious catered lunch together. Debbie emphasized the fact that perfect attendance is an impressive accomplishment, and those who achieved this goal in 2019 worked a total of 251 scheduled days. 

Each employee honored during the luncheon received a monetary award, a certificate, and a signed bottle of Elijah Craig Small Batch from Heaven Hill President, Max Shapira. Those employees who achieved more than one year of consecutive perfect attendance were awarded an additional $100 for every year they did not miss a day of work. Each honoree was recognized in front of the group, beginning with those who had perfect attendance for one year and progressing to the employee who has achieved an impressive 10 years or 2,518 days of perfect attendance, Rick Ballard. Debbie shared a message of appreciation from Max for each employee’s hard work, thanking them for being part of the Heaven Hill family. ​
