As in past years, Evan Williams Bourbon is sponsoring the Louisville Bats’ Baseball team. With that sponsorship Heaven Hill receives a limited number of tickets per home game throughout the season, which we’re excited to offer to employees. Tickets will be raffled off on a monthly basis with winners typically drawn the last week of the month for the next month’s games. If you’re interested in signing up to win tickets for an upcoming game, please reach out to Ashley Downs ([email protected]) with the following information:

• Employee name
• Game date requesting
• Number of tickets needed (up to 4)

Winners will be notified via email the day after the drawing and receive the tickets digitally. Below is the full ticket drawing schedule for reference:

• Remainder of May games – Entries due May 18, drawing on Wednesday, May 19
• June games – Entries due Friday, May 21, drawing on Monday, May 24
• July games – Entries due Friday, June 25, drawing on Monday, June 28
• August games – Entries due Friday, July 30, drawing on Monday, August 2
• September games – Entries due Friday, August 20, drawing on Monday, August 23
