2025 Impact: $750K+ Given, 9,000+ Hours Volunteered
In 2025, Heaven Hill’s community impact reached new heights. What began as a simple challenge to donate 90 moments of impact in honor of our 90th anniversary quickly grew into a full-scale movement. The 90 for 90 campaign invited employees to engage with causes that matter most in their communities. The response was extraordinary.
More than 1,099 employees volunteered their time. Across sites and teams, people showed up with purpose and pride supporting more than 26 nonprofits and logging over 9,098 hours of service. From food insecurity to tech education, youth programs to disaster relief, the impact was wide-ranging and deeply felt.
Highlights included:
- Partnering with Kroger and Dare to Care to help create 659,866 meals for families in Kentucky
- Hosting career and tech tours for AMPED students at our Bardstown and IT facilities
- Tending a school garden in West Louisville that became a space for student learning and connection
- Coming together for our first-ever Spirit Week Community Day, where more than 400 employees created $35,500+ in single-day impact across multiple states
Giving That Goes Further
Employee generosity extended beyond volunteer hours. More than $137,000 was donated by employees across 74 organizations—ranging from local nonprofits to national causes. Heaven Hill amplified those efforts with over $579,000 in corporate contributions, supporting more than 40 nonprofits in areas like healthcare, education, youth development, and the arts.
Together, we supported Dress for Success and the ALS Association Rocky Mountains, honoring Parker Beam’s legacy through the outstanding efforts of our Colorado Sales team, which raised $34,680 this year. More than 20 Heaven Hill team members joined the Bike MS ride, helping raise over $27,000 to support research, treatment, and advocacy for those living with multiple sclerosis.
We also invested in grassroots change. Through $50,000 in micro-grants, Heaven Hill supported mental health access, neighborhood safety, and entrepreneurship in West Louisville’s California neighborhood empowering local leaders to drive impact from the inside out.
Recognition That Reflects Our People
These efforts earned industry and regional recognition. Louisville Business First ranked Heaven Hill:
- #2 in Employee Volunteerism

We were also honored by Global Drinks Intel with the Social Achievement of the Year award for our Spirited Neighbor program, acknowledging our commitment to meaningful, people-first community investment.
What defined 2025 wasn’t just the number of hours or dollars—it was how Heaven Hill showed up, again and again, as a company that leads with care. From Bardstown to Boulder, warehouse to corporate office, our people proved that when we act together, we can raise the bar for what impact truly looks like.
