A Florida native with over twelve years of supplier experience and a deep-rooted connection to the market, Amelia joined Heaven Hill just four months ago as Regional Manager for Florida—and she’s already making an impact in one of Deep Eddy’s top states. Coming from a previous role where she “wore every hat”—from marketing and PR to pricing analysis and management—she developed a strong sense of grit and appreciation for teamwork. Amelia takes pride in building brands and in developing her teams to reach their potential. Now, she’s eager to keep learning, connect with colleagues in person, and grow a brand she’s loved for years. Amelia emphasizes, “Florida is about to blow up with Deep Eddy!”

With Florida now the #2 market for Deep Eddy, Amelia knows the spotlight is on her team, and she’s meeting the moment with energy and focus.

“There’s a lot to learn in vodka,” she said. “It’s a new category for me, but I’m adjusting quickly. I want to make sure Florida is thriving with Deep Eddy.”

To build excitement and visibility for Deep Eddy across the Florida market, Amelia led a Jacksonville Blitz designed to strengthen distributor relationships and drive brand activation. The initiative brought focus and collaboration in a high-energy push. That blitz included 18 ride-withs across on- and off-premise accounts, a detailed programming rollout, and 80 on-premise feature kits—hand-packed by the team in just three hours. What began as a target of 80 features has already surpassed 88, with more growth on the horizon.

Her approach reflects the spirit of Thriving Together, a belief in the power of collaboration and people-first execution. “This has been an all-hands effort in Florida,” Amelia shared. “When our team traveled in for the blitz, it wasn’t just impactful—it was transformative. Everyone showed up, and the results speak for themselves.”

Working alongside Jacob Sabel, Vice President, Strategic Partnerships, Amelia helped deliver a Deep Eddy first—a stand-alone division meeting outside of the National Sales Meeting. The event, hosted around a Jacksonville Jaguars home game, energized the team through collaboration, learning, and brand celebration.

That support has made a huge difference.”
