BARDSTOWN, Ky. — [September 22, 2026] — Carolans Irish Cream is expanding its family with the launch of Carolans Strawberries & Cream and Carolans Chocolate Cream, two new indulgent expressions designed to bring fresh flavor, creamy versatility and a little more fun to the liqueur aisle.

Made with Irish whiskey, farm fresh cream and natural honey, the new offerings build on the smooth character of Carolans Irish Cream with two new craveable flavor profiles. Carolans Strawberries & Cream combines the sweet, juicy flavor of ripe strawberries with rich, creamy notes for a smooth, fruit-forward experience that’s deliciously easy to enjoy. Carolans Chocolate Cream combines rich milk chocolate truffle with notes of toffee and coffee for a smooth, decadent experience with layers of chocolate indulgence in every sip. The new flavors arrive alongside a tongue-in-cheek campaign from the fictional Carolans Dairy Department, where confidentiality is taken very seriously, particularly by Carol Ann, an opinionated cow and self-appointed “Head of the Herd”. In the campaign’s official “Non-Disclosure Agreement,” consumers are introduced to the new flavors through an “Official Herd Tasting Protocol,” which recommends tasting each expression on its own before bringing the herd together in an Irish Neapolitan: equal parts Carolans Strawberries & Cream and Carolans Chocolate Cream over ice. The campaign also spotlights new occasions for the Carolans family. Strawberries & Cream is positioned as an easy addition to the growing “dirty soda” trend, with Carol Ann’s recommended serve featuring two ounces of Carolans Strawberries & Cream topped with a favorite soda over ice. Chocolate Cream brings its own dessert-inspired versatility, starring in rich coffee creations and indulgent cocktails such as a Chocolate Cream Espresso Martini.
