We are thrilled to share that our very own General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer Jes Pendergrass has been honored as a Louisville Business First 2024 Business Women First Enterprising Women award winner. This prestigious award recognizes the outstanding achievements of women leaders in the Louisville area who have excelled in business, community service, and professional development.

Jes is an extremely deserving recipient of this award. She is a visionary leader who has transformed our company and our industry with her innovative ideas, strategic thinking and commitment to honesty, kindness and integrity. She is a passionate advocate for environmental sustainability and women’s empowerment and inclusion, mentoring and supporting many female professionals in our organization and beyond.

I (Allan) had the privilege of attending the award luncheon last week and witnessed Jes  humbly accept her award, pointing to the many other great women who have helped her throughout her career.

Jes is an influential and valued member of our Heaven Hill team. We are honored to serve with her on the Executive Leadership Team and look forward to celebrating with her now and into the future!
