Celebrating the Life of Brian Wiseman
It is with a heavy heart that we remember and commemorate the life of friend and colleague Brian Wiseman.
For the last six years, Brian managed our Deep Eddy Plant in Buda, TX with unwavering leadership and commitment. He was a remarkable individual who touched the lives of everyone he encountered with his talent, his dedication, and most noticeably, his infectious spirit. He was easy to know and almost always in a good mood.
Brian’s presence was a gift to our organization. He was known for his intelligence and humor. His hard work made him an invaluable member of the team. He always went above and beyond to make those around him feel good with a quick smile, goofy antics and yes, even a corny joke or three. Brian’s positive attitude brought a bit of fun to our workplace and lightened even the most challenging of days.
As a leader, Brian shone brightly. His leadership of the high-performing Deep Eddy warehouse team and his individual contributions to the entire organization were key to that success. His commitment was strong, and he often said he was thankful for the chance to be a part of that special team.
Brian’s personal passions were equally vibrant. He had a strong love for camping, concerts, and amusement parks, which he shared with his family and friends. His caring nature extended to his nieces, who held a special place in his heart. He treated them with the same love and care as if they were his own children.
Brian’s family, teammates and local community are coming together to honor his life. Heaven Hill has made a donation in Brian’s name to the SIMS Foundation, a nonprofit that Deep Eddy partners with to destigmatize mental health and substance use issues. As we celebrate Brian’s life, we are reminded of what a true joy he was to work with and know as a friend. He will be sorely missed, yet not forgotten.
