Embrace the Spirit of Thanks with CHEERS!-Giving
In the Spirit of Thanks, we are excited to introduce CHEERS!-Giving, a month-long initiative to help the organization focus on Working Together to Win and fostering gratitude this November.
What is CHEERS!-Giving?
CHEERS!-Giving incentivizes the Heaven Hill Brands team to give and receive CHEERS! more than they normally would during a one-month period. Each time an employee submits or receives a CHEERS!, they are entered into a drawing to win a $100 Amazon gift card. At the end of the month, two random team members who received CHEERS! and two random team members who submitted CHEERS! will be selected.
How to Participate
Participation is simple and rewarding:
- Give CHEERS!: Recognize a colleague for their hard work, support, or positive contributions you’ve really appreciated.
- Receive CHEERS!: Go above and beyond in your current circle of influence and you never know… you might be acknowledged with CHEERS! by your peers.
Each submission or reception of CHEERS! counts as an entry into drawing at the end of November. The more you participate, the higher your chances of winning. Submissions/receptions will close at EOD on Nov. 29 and winners will be announced in December.
