A benefit available free to all Heaven Hill employees, our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides a wide range of confidential services to you and all members of your household, 24/7.

All members of your household are eligible for benefits, including dependent children up to age 26, regardless of whether they live at home. Administered by Aetna Resources for Living, the EAP is part of a spectrum of rewards and benefits designed and offered by Total Rewards.

Total Rewards

EAP Services
Counseling and Relationship Support
Through the EAP, you and your family receive 24/7 access to Aetna’s dedicated staff and can speak to a licensed behavioral health professional for emotional support. You are eligible for up to six counseling sessions per issue per year with licensed network professionals, at no cost to you – no copays or deductibles.
Counseling sessions are available face to face, by phone or by televideo, and support, consultation and resources are available for a range of issues from work/home life balance support and relationship issues to depression, conflict management and alcohol/substance abuse.
Web-based Resources
Aetna offers a customized website with a full range of tools and resources on behavioral health and work/life balance topics. Links include articles and self assessments, access to work/life balance service providers, a Stress Resource Center, live webinars and an on-demand library, a mobileapp and myStrength, a health club for your mind.
The program also offers a discount center with discounts on brand name products and services, from electronics and theme parks to movie tickets and local attractions.
