Employees Demonstrating the Spirited Commitment Core Behaviors
Recently, at the Hanover office, there was a fire in the parking lot. Assistant, Marketing & Executive Marketing, Missy Wezet and a few other employees exemplified many of the Spirited Commitment core behaviors by making sure the fire did not spread until the local fire department was able to show up.
Missy was alerted of the fire, and she immediately went downstairs to assess the situation. The people out there had called the local fire department and were waiting for their arrival. A few employees’ cars and a momma duck with her nest and eggs were close to the fire. While waiting for the local fire department, Missy wanted to make sure the fire was contained so that it did not harm anyone or anything around it. The IT employees on the first floor started to fill up trash cans and water pitchers with water and Missy alongside other employees would dump the water on the fire.
Luckily the local fire department arrived quickly and handled the situation in a safe manner. No one was hurt during the fire and there was little damage caused in the parking lot.
Missy says that she has never done anything like this before and is just glad that everyone and everything is ok.
