Heaven Hill is excited to recognize employees from both the Bardstown Plant and the Bernheim Distillery who achieved perfect attendance in 2020, as well as those who have achieved more than one year of consecutive perfect attendance. Perfect attendance is an impressive accomplishment, especially during a challenging year, and a testament to how this group of employees is living out our Corporate Values. Their commitment to ensuring the company reaches its goals is a perfect example of what it means to be Passionately Committed to Excellence.

Each employee honored will receive a monetary award, a certificate, and a dry-fit polo highlighting the accomplishment. Those employees who achieved more than one year of consecutive perfect attendance were awarded an additional $100 for every year they did not miss a day of work. Debbie Morris shared a message of appreciation for each employee’s hard work, thanking them for being part of the Heaven Hill family. ​
