Five Brothers Bar & Kitchen Will Offer Signature Bourbon, Flights, Seasonal Cocktails
With the opening of the new Heaven Hill Bourbon Experience comes the debut of Five Brothers Bar & Kitchen and the release of Five Brothers Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey.
Located on the second floor of the HHBE, the new Five Brothers Bar & Kitchen boasts an upscale, approximately 25-foot bar, fully equipped to serve craft cocktails and whiskey flights, a lounge area and dining space for the future restaurant.
Guests can also enjoy views of Heaven Hill’s rickhouses on the rooftop deck connected to the lounge and dining space. Tucked in the corner is a unicorn case, where rare, historic bottles, seldom available today, and other Kentucky Bourbon artifacts will be on display.
Just off the bar, the Generation Loft event space offers an area for corporate meetings, intimate dinners and small celebrations.

Five Brothers Bar Intro Menu
The Five Brothers Bar intro menu currently features themed flights of leading Whiskey brands and line extensions, like Rye & Mighty: featuring Elijah Craig Rye, Rittenhouse Rye and Pikesville Rye and Aged to Perfection: with Old Fitzgerald VVS 16 YR, Elijah Craig 18 YR and Evan Williams 23 YR, as well as Lucky in Kentucky, with brands visitors can only experience in Kentucky.
The bar will also offer seasonal craft cocktails named for our brands, such as the Summer Sermon that features Elijah Craig Small Batch and the John E. Fitz Blitz with Larceny Small Batch. Mellow Corn will also be featured in a Paloma with PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur, poblano liqueur, grapefruit, lime and Jarritos.
Mixologist Karla Green will also develop a cocktail featuring Five Brothers Bourbon, a new small batch product that celebrates the legacy of the five Shapira brothers who founded Heaven Hill.
“With the summer months quickly approaching, we wanted to offer something fresh and refreshing,” Karla said. “A lot of the seasonal cocktails are classically driven. We’ve turned all of our summer favorites – drinks people love to sip on during the summer – on their heads by adding bourbon.”
The bar setting is stunning, Karla said. “When you walk in, you’re overwhelmed by how well they’ve curated every detail,” she said. “People are going to want to stay and relax, to try Bourbons they can’t find everywhere.”
Five Brothers Bourbon
A small batch blending of five ages of Bourbon, Five Brothers Bourbon pays homage to the courage, dedication and solidarity of the five Shapira brothers who started Heaven Hill in 1935.
Five Brothers Bourbon is comprised of Heaven Hill’s traditional Bourbon mashbill aged from five- to nine-years-old to represent each founding brother. Bottled at 90 proof to reflect the initial proofs of Heaven Hill releases, the new small batch is a callback to the beginnings of Heaven Hill’s award-winning portfolio. Unique to the Heaven Hill Bourbon Experience and select Kentucky retailers, visitors can also experience a taste or cocktail at the Five Brothers Bar & Kitchen at the new visitor center. Sweet and smooth with notes of vanilla and sugar cookie, the finish is long yet subtle making for an easy sipper.
