Give for Good Louisville Shows the Impact We Can Make Together

On September 10, Louisville came together for Give for Good Louisville, an annual day of giving that connects people across our community with local nonprofit organizations making a difference every day.

This year, the Louisville community showed up in a big way. Together, 26,575 donors made 53,275 donations, raising $10,508,971 for organizations serving Louisville and the surrounding region.

Our team members were part of that collective effort, raising $1,425 for local organizations and giving their time through volunteer opportunities across the community.

Throughout Give for Good Louisville, our team members had opportunities to learn about and support community partners making a difference for Veterans, young people and families, our environment, arts and culture, and neighborhoods across Louisville.

Our impact also came to life through hands on service.

At Feed Louisville, employees packed more than 350 meals for distribution through community programs serving neighbors across Louisville.

Through Imagination Library, employees helped repurpose more than 500 returned books, giving those books a new opportunity to reach the hands and homes of Louisville children.

With Blessings in a Backpack, employees packed more than 250 weekend meals to help Perry Elementary students have reliable access to food outside the school day.

Each meal packed, book prepared, hour volunteered and contribution made represents something bigger when we look at what we accomplished together. It is a reflection of the care our people have for the communities where we live and work and another way we continue to Make an Impact.
