We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again: Starting the new year is one of our favorite moments throughout each calendar year (but we could do without the January weather!). Coming off of the holidays, everyone is recharged, with fresh perspectives and ideas. It is the perfect time to reflect and set new goals for the coming months.

2023 was a record year in many ways. We had an incredible time celebrating the wins the Heaven Hill team accomplished together and it is abundantly clear that the future has never been brighter for our company.

One way we continue our legacy and success together is by continuing to Raise the Bar, setting our sites on achieving our corporate strategy, corporate priorities and short-term professional goals! Our Executive Leadership Team is currently beginning the process to set FY25 Corporate Priorities that will support our long-term strategic plan, as well as reflect on department-level goals for the remainder of this fiscal year and beyond.

Speaking of goals, we are extremely excited to share with you that thanks to your hard work and diligence, Heaven Hill is back on track to hit our FY24 targets even amidst headwinds that the industry is facing! This news marks such a strong start to 2024 and is a testament to the impact we can make as a collective.
