Whether you are working in-person at a production facility or office location, working remotely, or out in the field, please call the COVID-19 Hotline if:
- You had close contact for over 15 consecutive minutes with someone who has tested or been diagnosed as positive for COVID-19
- Close contact means you were within six feet of the individual
- You test or are diagnosed as positive for COVID-19 by a medical professional
- You have a coronavirus-related question
- You have symptoms of COVID-19 and are not sure what your next steps should be
- If someone in your family or someone you live with has symptoms of COVID-19 or has tested positive

Below you will find the latest Heaven Hill COVID-19 protocols based on guidelines from the United States Centers for Disease Control (CDC), which are effective immediately. If you do not work in the U.S., please contact the COVID-19 Hotline for more information about the protocols for your location. These protocols apply to employees working both in-person and remotely and support our record-keeping and contact tracing efforts.
- All employees who test positive OR are clinically diagnosed as positive for COVID-19 by a medical professional will be isolated away from Heaven Hill facilities and employees for at least 10 full days.
- All employees in close contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19 OR has been diagnosed as positive by a medical professional for 15 consecutive minutes will be quarantined away from Heaven Hill facilities and employees for at least seven full days with a negative COVID-19 test (conducted on Day five or later) OR no less than 10 full days without a negative COVID-19 test.
- No isolation or quarantine should end until the employee in isolation or quarantine has been symptom free with no fever-reducing medications for at least 24 hours.
- Contact Tracing for employees who have tested positive for COVID-19 will look at the two days prior to a positive test specimen collection OR the onset of symptoms (whichever is earlier) to determine if other Heaven Hill employees may have been exposed.
- Until such time that an impacted employee has access to a complete dosage of a vaccine, Heaven Hill will pay the wages of employees who test positive for COVID-19 while working at a Heaven Hill facility for up to two (2) weeks while quarantined/recovering. Once vaccines have been made available to Heaven Hill employees, wages will not be paid for quarantine or recovery unless such employee is covered by an established exemption under law. Employees can use PTO at their discretion to cover recovery time, with manager approval.
