The Executive Leadership Team recently got a deeper look into all things Heaven Hill Production System by participating in the new Lean Manufacturing Simulation at our quarterly off-site retreat.

The lean simulation is a foundational learning experience where participants will demonstrate continuous improvement and lean concepts including 5S, standardization, problem solving, and working together to win, driving home the core lean teaching tools, getting our team members to think about their own work processes and how to improve them. It’s a form of hands-on, skills building utilizing realistic scenarios and employee feedback to teach lean concepts, where participants gain first-hand knowledge of tools, systems and processes.
