We’re excited to announced that Hpnotiq has teamed up with Genius Media to launch the brand’s very own record label, Out the Trunq Records. This groundbreaking venture is aimed to celebrate Hpnotiq’s 20th anniversary, marking the beginning of the brand’s iconiq place in music culture. Hpnotiq is featured in a Genius microsite detailing Hpnotiq’s longstanding relationship with Hip Hop via a historical music timeline and multiple custom videos detailing the launch of the record label along with the brand’s celebrity partners T. Pain, Fat Boy SSE & Beanz. The videos will also run on Hpnotiq’s social media channels Instagram and FacebookGenius.com, and via celebrity owned channels. The first of the series featuring Fat Boy and T. Additionally, the brand is celebrating its 20th Anniversary with an out of home ad on the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York, home of the Brooklyn Nets and concert and event venue. The ad celebrates the brand’s longstanding history with the declarations “BEEN HERE SINCE BEFORE BARCLAYS” AND “20 YEARS OF REALNESS.” The ad was purchased for five weeks and will run for another two weeks. The ad was shared on social media encouraging consumers to share their favorite Hpnotiq memories using #Hpnotiq20.
