Kicking Off Our Annual Engagement Survey: Give Your Honest Feedback!

We want to hear from you! We are excited to announce the kickoff of this year‘s annual employee engagement survey.  The survey will be open from Sept. 16-27. So, please take advantage of the opportunity to make your voices heard via our partner that’s administering the survey: Culture Amp. There will a QR code on digital signage to scan for easy access!

You have heard us say before, and we will reiterate it here as your Co-Presidents, we believe that your honest feedback is crucial in helping us make Heaven Hill an even better place to work. Engagement is a measure of people’s connection and commitment to the company and its goals. By lifting it, we can impact performance, innovation, retention, and the attraction of talent. By taking the survey, you are contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that your voice is heard.

What to Expect

 

The survey is designed to cover various aspects of your work experience, including job satisfaction, team dynamics, and overall workplace culture. We’ve selected Culture Amp, an incredible engagement survey partner, to ensure your responses are completely confidential, and we encourage you to be as candid as possible. The survey will only take ~10 minutes or less to complete.
