PAMA + National Puerto Rican Day
In honor of National Puerto Rican Day, on June 11th, PAMA celebrated by participating in two cultural events around the United States. These celebrations came as PAMA is gearing up to launch its Multicultural Distribution Program this fall. PAMA is currently the number one selling liqueur in Puerto Rico and the team wanted to take that success and share it with Puerto Rican consumers all over the United States.
The first event of the weekend was Fiestas Patronales Puertorriqueñas, a three-day festival that attracted over 10,000 people at Humboldt Park in Chicago, IL. At the event there were featured Puerto Rican performers, authentic cuisine, and a variety of activities for visitors to participate in. PAMA’s new branded trailer made its debut appearance making a powerful impact on those who attended the event. PAMA offered visitors cocktail tastings and a chance to capture their memories in a branded photobooth.
The second event was located at Rainbow Lagoon Park in Long Beach, CA. There, PAMA sponsored a booth at the Dia de San Juan Festival. At this event there were over 2,000 people gathered to eat, enjoy live music, dance and celebrate. Those who stopped by the PAMA booth were offered a chance to spin the prize wheel for giveaways as well as sample the delicious flavor of PAMA. After visitors sampled PAMA, many of them proceeded to order drinks at the PAMA bar. At this event, PAMA bartenders made over 500 PAMA Passion cocktails.
At both events, PAMA received positive feedback from first time tryers and loyal consumers. The PAMA team can’t wait for more events like these to help share the product with those who already love it and help those who have yet to try it experience PAMA for the very first time!
