Prioritize the Spirit of Wellness this January
We’re kicking off the New Year with a call to action for the Heaven Hill team to prioritize the Spirit of Wellness this January! At the start of the new year, it’s common to take on resolutions, often related to getting fit or saving money. What better time to initiate a company-wide focus on wellness, and ALL that goes into it?
What is Wellness?
Wellness encompasses the total health of a person. When we think about wellness, three main pillars come to mind: Physical, Financial and Mental wellness. Each is equally important to achieve healthy habits and lifestyles. Each can also look very different depending on the person!
What to Expect Throughout the Month:
Each week, we will highlight one of the three pillars of wellness and dial in on resources that are available to you as a Heaven Hill team member! We will also pose small weekly challenges to encourage you to prioritize wellness in new and creative ways. While this campaign will run for a month, the goal is that it helps Heaven Hill team members further utilize the wellness resources we provide as ingrained parts of their habits and lifestyles for long into the future.
What is Physical Wellness?
Physical wellness is the promotion of the wellbeing of one’s body to ensure optimal health and functioning. It consists of recognizing and practicing healthy habits regarding nutrition, physical activity, rest and relaxation. It also consists of getting regular physical exams, preventing illness, injury and/or managing chronic health conditions.

What Does Financial Wellness Mean?
