Production Facilities Celebrate Perfect Attendance and More

Over the last few months, our outstanding human resources teams at our Bardstown, KY and Bernheim, KY production facilities have partnered with our events team to put on meaningful celebrations for hourly production employees who completed notable accomplishments in 2020, 2021 and 2022.

The two categories of recognition for the events were Perfect Attendance and Years of Service. To be recognized for perfect attendance, team members must be present for their regularly scheduled shift, without missing a day, or even a minute, for the entire year! Team members who were recognized truly defied all odds, showing great commitment and responsibility. Years of Service were recognized in increments of five years, with many team members being recognized for 30 or more years of service.

Bernheim Perfect Attendance and Service Awards Banquet

On March 7, the hourly production team members who were being celebrated at our Bernheim facility headed over to one of our Louisville, KY local accounts, Bourbons Bistro, for their Perfect Attendance and Service Awards banquet. Bardstown Years of Service

For the first time ever, Bardstown recognized Years of Service off site at St. Joseph’s Parish Hall in Bardstown, KY. The event was catered to allow team members to truly unwind and bond with their co-workers, leaders Max, Allan (as mentioned above) and Chief Production Officer Debbie Morris, and their plus ones. Anyone who was unable to attend received a gift card for dinner and drinks to celebrate when it was convenient for them.

Bardstown Perfect Attendance

Hosted at our very own Heaven Hill Bourbon Experience, the Bardstown celebration for Perfect Attendance was one to remember. With over 50 team members being recognized for having perfect attendance for at least one of the last three years, it was a time to cheers, gather and enjoy. One moment to note was when Depalletizer/Utility Operator Rick Ballard was recognized at the event. He has never missed a day on the job in his 24 years with Heaven Hill!
