We recently had the pleasure of attending both our Bernheim Distillery and Bardstown plant’s annual Years of Service and Perfect Attendance dinners. The dinners are a meaningful and celebratory way we recognize the great commitment of team members at these locations from the previous calendar year. This year’s dinners were exceptionally well done, and it was so fun to see everyone with their spouses and/or partners, dressed to the nines.

Heaven Hill is extremely unique in its employee tenure, which is evidence of our deep-rooted legacy, especially in the Bardstown community where we were founded in 1935. Some of the employees recognized have spent their entire careers at Heaven Hill. As each award was given, this fact became even more apparent. At both dinners combined, we celebrated 910 collective years of service, with 12 team members honored for 30+ years of service. 

Equally impressive, these two production facilities also commemorate when team members maintain perfect attendance for a full calendar year. Despite anything that life threw their way, 66 Bernheim and Bardstown team members accomplished this difficult task in 2023. Some even had over 10 consecutive years of perfect attendance!
