What’s inspiring you in life right now?

My kids, becoming adults and managing all that is coming their way in these crazy times.

Tell us about an organization or cause you are passionate about.

St. Louis Blues Alumni Association – we do a lot of charity work through our “14 Fund” in the St. Louis community and have helped many families and veterans throughout the area.

Which Heaven Hill corporate value do you relate to most and why?

Team Player – I think in order to continue to improve and grow we must do it as a team working in unison to achieve the same goals. Like an engine firing on all cylinders. Each of us has a job and we all work better when we all work together.

What’s your favorite Heaven Hill memory?

Having Parker Beam in my market for a couple of days and working with him. I got to drive Parker from St. Louis to Springfield, MO. and listen to his wonderful stories about Heaven-Hill and the great business we are in.

What’s one thing people may not know about you?

I lived and played hockey in Switzerland for 2 years when I was younger.

What’s your favorite time of day?

Morning. I love getting up early, sitting with my coffee and watching the sun rise as I am getting ready for my day.    

What are three things you can’t live without?

Distribution, distribution, and distribution.

What would you like to be remembered for?

I just want to be remembered as being a good father and a hard worker who loved his family and his friends.
