Tell us an accomplishment you are most proud of in your career.
Getting selected to present at the American Industrial Hygiene Association annual conference for a project I helped lead. . . The project chosen for presentation was two years in the making, reduced a lot of risk to people and was a true reflection of team effort as it related to safety.
Looking ahead, what are some things that you’re really excited about?
Getting the opportunity to build new relationships, develop new safety habits and getting to learn more about the spirits industry.

What is your all-time favorite book and why?
“The Power of Habit,” by Charles Duhigg: Safety in many cases is about changing individual habits. Changing the habits of a few can have a broad effect across an entire organization and can also have positive impacts within all segments of a business.
What are three things you can’t live without?
Family, friends, and coffee.
What would you like to be remembered for?
I’d like to be remembered as someone who was a servant to others.
