Say hello to Jennifer Cantwell​, Financial Accountant for TJ Carolan & Son Limited (TJC). Jennifer’s work focuses on Heaven Hill brands Carolans and Irish Mist. Check out the series of questions below to learn a bit more about Jennifer. 

How long have you been part of the Heaven Hill family?

I joined TJC in June 2016.

What’s inspiring you in life right now?

With such uncertain times at the moment the thoughts of spending time with my family and friends again once lockdown is lifted is what’s inspiring me right now.

Best piece of advice you’ve ever received?

“If you are interested in something, no matter what it is, go at it full speed, embrace it with both arms, hug it, love it, and above all become passionate about it. LUKEWARM IS NO GOOD!”

Tell us about an organization or cause you are passionate about.

Our Lady’s Hospice & Care Services, Harold’s Cross. This particular organization provided both my Nanny and my family with wonderful, professional assistance when my Nanny was sick. For that they will always hold a special place in our hearts.

What’s your favorite Heaven Hill memory?

One of my favorite memories with my TJC team was our trip to the Pearse Lyons Whiskey Distillery. Not only did we do a tour of the facility we got to partake in our very own cocktail making class. Our guide for the tour was particularly informative and even told us some very interesting facts about the graveyard attached to the distillery!

What’s one thing people may not know about you?

I did Irish dancing for about 14 years and took part in many competitions and shows.

What’s your favorite time of day?

Morning time- it’s the beginning of a new day 😊

What are three things you can’t live without?

My family, my friends, and my hair straightener!! 😊

Window or aisle seat? Why?

Window seat- I find this seat the most comfortable as I can prop my pillow up against the wall and make myself nice and cozy. It also allows me to look at the beautiful views outside!

What’s your favorite pastime?

Any kind of dance class normally but since lockdown I like to go for long walks​.
