Spirit of Belonging: Fostering Connections And Building Relationships
This month, in the Spirit of Belonging, we made a concerted effort to build stronger connections within our team by creating more opportunities for personal interactions. Through our Hello Heaven Hill highlights, we celebrated the incredible contributions of our team members, giving them the recognition they deserve. We also hosted Coffee Connects, where colleagues gathered to chat and get to know each other in a relaxed setting. Additionally, many team members participated in Connect with a Colleague, allowing them to connect with others from different parts of the world, forming relationships they never expected. It was a month filled with genuine connections!

Each Culture Champion sat down with a team member to share their story, allowing the organization to learn more about them. Connect with a Colleague
Connect with a Colleague provided an opportunity for team members to connect with someone outside their location or department. Whether through a virtual coffee chat, becoming pen pals, or meeting in person for coffee, it was a great way to build new relationships and expand networks across the company. It’s been exciting to see how these connections have helped strengthen our community.

Company-Wide Coffee Connects
This month, we’ve had the chance to catch up with team members from all over the company through a few Coffee Connects. It’s been a great way to take a break from the busy workday, sip on some coffee, grab a donut, and have some good chats! These get-togethers have really helped us build a stronger sense of community and have been a fun highlight, bringing us all a little closer.
It’s been awesome to connect with people from different teams, learn more about what they do, and just enjoy some relaxed conversations. The Coffee Connects have really reminded us of the importance of building relationships and feeling like we’re all part of the same team. We’re already excited for more chances to connect, share, and grow together!
