Connect with a Colleague offers a chance to connect with a team member outside of your location or department. Whether through a virtual coffee chat, becoming pen pals, or meeting for an in-person coffee, this is a great way to build new relationships and expand your network. Sign up by Feb. 14 to be paired with someone and start making meaningful connections!

Hello Heaven Hill Takeover
Hello Heaven Hill highlights are a beloved chance for all of us to celebrate the diverse people and perspectives that make Heaven Hill such a dynamic and vibrant place to work. Our Culture Champions have decided to do a Hello Heaven Hill takeover series in the Spirit of Belonging.
Each Culture Champion will sit down with a team member to help the organization learn more about them. We’ll share their videos and written summaries of each conversation throughout the month. We cannot wait to see the amazing stories that will inspire and connect us all!
