Spirit of Giving: Philanthropic Toy Drive, Company-Wide Gift Exchange and More!
As the holiday season approaches, our Culture Champions are excited to kick off their Spirit of Giving campaign, running from Dec, 2 to Dec. 31. This year, we aim to make an impact on each other and the communities where we live and work! We’ll do this through two focused activities: A philanthropic toy drive and a company-wide Elfster gift exchange.
Philanthropic Toy Drive – Support Your Community!

Company-Wide Elfster Gift Exchange – Meet Someone New!
As part of the Spirit of Giving, we’re hosting Elfster, an internal giving game that will allow Heaven Hill Brands team members from across the globe secretly gift it up and build new relationships in the process.
Elfster puts a new spin on the classic Secret Santa gift-giving tradition, moving the drawing and shipping to an online platform that allows cross-company participation, no matter where you are. Getting to know each other in a new way will be as much (if not more) a part of the fun as receiving a gift: To encourage participation we’ve set the suggested gift limit to $20. Any gifts, taxes, or shipping will be a personal expense.
- Sign up to participate by Dec. 12 at 1pm EST!
- Our Culture Champions will load sign ups into Elfster on Dec. 12 after 1pm EST.
- You will receive an automated message from Elfster prompting you to complete your registration.
- Upon receiving the email, please log in and complete your profile including your mailing address and a short wish list.
- On Dec. 13, Elfster will randomly draw names and automatically email you to let you know who your giftee is. At this point, you’re encouraged to shop and send anonymous notes via the platform to learn more about each other!
- If your giftee hasn’t entered wishlist information yet, don’t worry, our Culture Champions will be giving them a nudge.
- Please purchase gifts before Dec. 31 when the Spirit of Giving concludes.
- When you receive a gift, send your Elfster a message and try to guess who it is!
Why Participate in the Spirit of Giving?
Giving is more fulfilling than receiving, and by participating in the Spirit of Giving, we can collectively make a significant impact. We invite all Heaven Hill Brands team members to join us in this meaningful initiative. Whether it’s through donating toys, participating in the Elfster gift exchange or volunteering your time and talents. Throughout the month, we will feature comments and pictures of Spirit of Giving activities on various communication channels.
