We allow each other to shine and be seen. We recognize and value the diversity of thought, experience, and perspectives that each person brings to the table, making us stronger as a whole. We courageously bring our authentic selves to work each day. We believe each person can make an impact, influencing the course of our history in their own way as we collectively write our story and live our legacy.

ACT WITH INTEGRITY
We hold ourselves and each other to high standards of integrity. We take ownership of our words and actions, accountable for how we show up and impact others. We extend grace and kindness and assume positive intent from others. We do not gossip or point fingers. We deliver feedback in a kind, candid, and timely manner – focusing on the opportunity, not the person. We address and resolve issues directly at the source, clearing the air and not holding grudges. We are good listeners, always striving to be present, focused, and attentive in our communication. We lean into difficult conversations and conflict with courage and humility.

CHOOSE POSITIVITY
We approach our role at Heaven Hill with enthusiasm, positivity, and optimism. We work hard and have fun along the way. We are not overly stiff and formal, and don’t take ourselves too seriously. We foster a genuinely friendly and approachable atmosphere where everyone feels welcome. We are generous with our praise and appreciation, and eager to celebrate and recognize successes.

MAKE AN IMPACT
We clearly communicate expectations, then trust and empower others to make decisions and streamline processes to move decisions forward, not letting them linger. We collectively commit to the success of decisions once they are made. We display initiative, take action, and remain resilient in the face of adversity to achieve results.
WORK TOGETHER TO WIN
We see ourselves as one team, achieving far more when we work well together than when we tackle problems on our own. We place high value on healthy, cohesive working relationships, are supportive of each other, and make each other look good. We are quick to offer a helping hand and to ask for what we need. We make it a priority to communicate across teams and departments to promote collaboration. We focus on solutions, not problems. We are committed and hold ourselves accountable to do our part to get the job done.
IMPROVE EVERY DAY
We are committed to staying curious and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement. We take pride in our work but remain willing to innovate how we’ve always done things by asking, “Is there a better way?” We are open to questioning processes and exploring ideas that challenge the status quo. We acknowledge our imperfections, own our mistakes, and learn from them. We see feedback as an opportunity to improve ourselves and build stronger relationships; actively seeking it out while receiving it with grace and an open mind. We are never complacent with how far we’ve come, embracing change as a path to progress.
