Saturday, November 23, marked a heartwarming celebration of community and gratitude as Heaven Hill Brands teamed up with Clariant to host a Turkey and Sides Giveaway at Perry Elementary School located in west Louisville. The event brought together 150 families from the California neighborhood, who gathered to collect a turkey along with all the traditional “fixens” in honor of the Thanksgiving holiday.

Our partnership with Clarient allowed us to extend the generosity beyond the walls of Perry Elementary, ensuring that not only the school families but also the surrounding neighborhood could enjoy a festive meal this season. There were plenty of smiles on the faces of the children and their families as they received their holiday essentials.

The highlight of the day was undoubtedly the countless hugs and high-fives exchanged with our youngest friends. Children eagerly picked up spirited neighbor coloring books, crayons, and a boxed lunch, adding an extra touch of joy to the day.

All in all, the event was a resounding success, thanks to the dedication of Heaven Hill volunteers and our partners from Clarient. Together, we not only provided food but also spread a little bit of warmth and kindness throughout our community. It put the “spirit” in our spirited neighbor initiative while perfectly capturing the essence of the holiday, reminding us all of the importance of giving back and supporting one another.
