The Big Dance: Compliance Madness
Heaven Hill’s 2025 Compliance Window is now open, with a fun twist. We’re excited (and required) to launch our second annual Compliance Madness, for the month of March! From March 3-31, 2025, team members from across the organization will receive email notices of required compliance trainings, including Harassment Prevention via Safety Skills or you will be invited to attend an in-person classroom training at your site.
You will need your employee/associate ID (found in your ADP profile) to access Safety Skills. Click here to sign into Safety Skills. This can be done on the provided kiosks at the each of the plants. See HR or your supervisor for any assistance needed.
About Bullying and Harassment Awareness Trainings
As part of the Compliance Window, there are required bullying and harassment awareness trainings that will be covered during the classroom training. The goal of these trainings is to assist you as individuals to create a safe and inclusive work environment. The courses, administered through our Safety Skills platform, will take approximately one hour to complete for most team members. Due to state laws, team members that work in California, Connecticut, and New York will have additional material to complete.
