As we turn the page to 2025 and begin our road to Heaven Hill’s 90th anniversary, we reflect on the extraordinary journey that brought us here and the exciting journey ahead. Each of you has played an integral role in making Heaven Hill Brands not just a leader in the spirits industry, but a family and community that values quality, innovation, and connection.

This past year, we navigated headwinds and tailwinds and achieved remarkable milestones—launching new products, growing our organization and our people, and expanding our presence globally. In 2024, we received an impressive 525 awards, including many brand and corporate wins like US Best Managed Company. We welcomed a new CHRO and CPO, hosted our first-annual Spirit Week, launched the Culture Champions program, sponsored the PGA Championship and Victoria’s Secret fashion show, opened a new restaurant, strengthened our partnerships and so much more.

We did all of this together and none of it could’ve happened without YOU! These accomplishments are a testament to your hard work, creativity, and unwavering dedication. We are incredibly grateful for all you do to make Heaven Hill an extraordinary place to work and thrive.

The road to the 90th anniversary fills us with confidence and determination about the next 90. This year alone, we are introducing a new corporate brand, state-of-the-art distillery and cutting-edge corporate office to the world.
