In the 1970s, our relationship began in a very small way, sparked by initial consolidation SGWS undertook in the state of Florida. From those modest beginnings, what started as a smaller opportunity has grown into an enduring and impactful partnership.

With SGWS distributing Heaven Hill Brands in nearly 80% of the country, our partnership thrives not just because of its scale, but because of the clarity of purpose behind every shipment, every strategy, every shelf placement.  At its heart, this partnership is special because both companies remain family owned, driven by entrepreneurial spirit, long-term vision, and a shared belief in building lasting relationships. As our largest distributor partner, SGWS plays a vital role in advancing our shared growth and success.

This collaboration deepened in 2020, when Heaven Hill expanded into SGWS’s West Region and Control States, marking a key moment in our national growth.

That momentum continued last month when we hosted SGWS at our Bardstown headquarters for a strategic summit. The focus? Strengthening collaboration through and accelerating shared growth. The discussion centered on advancing operational excellence through greater inventory visibility, streamlined PO management, and logistics network optimization while also unlocking commercial insights to better serve retailers and consumers nationwide.
