Wyatt joined Heaven Hill in June 2026 after learning about an opportunity at Five Brothers Bar & Kitchen. Now a Line Cook at the restaurant inside the Heaven Hill Bourbon Experience, Wyatt has found that some of the most rewarding parts of his role go beyond the kitchen. For him, it’s the people, the friendships and the opportunity to contribute to experiences that guests will remember.

One of Wyatt’s favorite parts of his job is working special events. While the everyday rhythm of the kitchen brings its own responsibilities, events offer something different and give the team an opportunity to come together in new ways.

“I like working the events. It is something out of the normal day to day routine,” Wyatt shared.

One event in particular stands out as his proudest accomplishment so far. During the Kentucky Bourbon Festival, Wyatt helped bring the Bourbon, Cigars & Jazz event to life. Although it made for a long day, the experience left him with a strong sense of pride in what the team accomplished together and what they were able to deliver for guests.

Since joining Heaven Hill, Wyatt has also discovered something meaningful about himself: just how much he values genuine connections and friendships. Those relationships have become an important part of his experience, reinforcing that the people we work alongside can make just as much of an impact as the work itself.

When Wyatt thinks about the legacy he hopes to leave, his answer is simple and meaningful: work hard and create lasting experiences and memories for guests. It’s a goal that reflects the care and dedication behind the moments that make a visit to the Heaven Hill Bourbon Experience special.
