The Executive Leadership Team has recently been strategizing on the most effective and impactful ways to create and support necessary change in the diversity of our organization.  

Inspired by employee feedback and recent national events, we are pleased to announce that Diversity, Equity and Inclusion have now been added as official key objectives of Heaven Hill’s corporate strategy.  As our world and industry evolve, we are committed to thoughtfully crafting meaningful and accountable measures for DEI for both the immediate and long-term future.

We recognize systemic change takes time and that prioritizing DEI is essential in fostering an environment and community where everyone feels welcome, safe and inspired. It is only then that we can ensure the long-term strength and success of our company for generations to come.
