Tell us about your day to day. What does a day in your life look like?
My day to day is spent interacting with applicants and candidates, whether it’s helping them through the interview process, pre-employment process or the onboarding process. I also get to work closely with other departments in HR and our vendors. I provide staffing updates weekly to the HR leadership team.
What do you love most about working at Heaven Hill?
My favorite part about working at Heaven Hill is the involvement/engagement; involvement in community outreach, sustainability efforts, professional development, 1:1 time with our leaders and the world-class leadership here.
Tell us an accomplishment you are most proud of in your career.
Seamlessly implementing a new background vendor that provides a better candidate experience and creating an excel sheet to use for special payments, so team members are paid promptly.
Looking ahead, what are some things that you’re really excited about?
I’m excited to grow myself professionally. Heaven Hill makes me feel extremely involved in key decision making for our organization. Personally, I’m excited to pay off my student loans and purchase my first home.

What is your all-time favorite book and why?
“The Fault in Our Stars,” because it taught me how to appreciate what/who you have while you have it, appreciating time in general, because we don’t live forever. Living in the moment and making the best of every situation. . .
What are three things you can’t live without?
Potatoes, medical-grade skincare products and Target.

Being compassionate.
