Heaven Hill is a family-owned company that has proudly called Kentucky home for more than 90 years. Bardstown is an important part of our history, our operations and our future.

Heaven Hill is beginning the collective bargaining process with employees at our Bardstown facility. This website serves as an informational resource on those negotiations.
We are going to be proactive, we believe our employees, union and non- union, should always hear directly from the company so they have the opportunity to make informed decisions about their employment and the proposed agreement.
Our approach to these negotiations is guided by the same principle that guides our broader business decisions: protecting the long-term health of Heaven Hill. Any agreement needs to work for our employees while also allowing the company to remain competitive, continue investing and grow over the long term.
